According to English law, February 29th was ignored and had no legal status.
It became the one day when traditions were not upheld.  As leap year day existed
to fix a problem in the calendar it became the day that women could fix a problem
within her relationship. Namely the proposal that she had been waiting and
waiting for.  So to all the ladies out there who've been waiting patiently,
tomorrow's your day.....Put your big girl pants on and Pop That Question!!

I love to shoot a story, whether it's based in reality...or not!  In honor of Leap Day I've put together a cheeky little editorial of love at first sight......

It's Mardi Gras Bitches!

If there is one thing you ought to know about me...... I LOVE New Orleans! 

So what better day than today to share a really fun photo shoot from the Crescent City.  A place steeped in mystery and voodoo, with it's smoldering sensuality oozing from every nook and alley.  My mum calls it "my soul city" and I couldn't agree more.    

The streets of the French Quarter offer the perfect backdrop for sexy escapades.  The exquisite light, the colorful characters you run into and of course the gorgeous buildings all make for fantastic inspiration.  And so the beautiful Kacey and I head to the streets, for quite the fun filled afternoon....

    As Kacey ponders....What to do?.....What to do? On this last day of Carnival!

                   Hmmm.................                                          Maybe go for a bit of a twirl..........

Shooting with the beautiful model, Larva in Carmel, California I wanted to capture the longing of an absent lover. When will he return?.....Will he return?

Who hasn't had those moments of remembering past times with a loved one, the warmth you felt and the good times that were had.....

         Longing.....                                                     Wanting.....                                       Needing......

And if all else fails, retire to the sofa and take a nap........
